How your tires ship

Orders ship fast from our warehouse, straight to your door or to a fitting shop near you. Tires ship individually packaged and clearly labeled.

Tracking on every order

Every shipment gets a tracking number the moment the carrier picks it up. You will receive it by email and can follow the delivery step by step.

Shipping to a fitting shop

Many customers ship directly to the shop that will mount the tires. Enter the shop's address as the delivery address at checkout and let them know a delivery is coming.

Delays

We hand every order to the carrier promptly. Once in transit, delivery times depend on the carrier; we are not responsible for carrier delays, but if something looks stuck, contact us and we will chase it.
