30 days to return unfitted tires

You can return any tire within 30 days of delivery as long as it has not been mounted or driven on. Returned tires must be in the condition you received them.

Restocking

Returns for reasons other than our error carry a 15% restocking fee. If we sent the wrong tire or the tire arrived damaged, there is no fee and we cover the return shipping.

How to start a return

Email sales@treadfy.com with your order number. We will confirm the return and send instructions. Refunds go to the original payment method after the tires arrive back and pass inspection.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel it in full. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
