These terms govern your use of treadfy.com, operated by US Tires Wholesale, and every purchase made on it. Placing an order means you accept them.

Products and pricing

All tires are sold new and priced per tire unless a listing is explicitly labeled as a set. We work to keep specifications and stock accurate; if a listing error affects your order we will contact you before shipping and offer a correction or a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm shipment. We may cancel and fully refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, for example when a listing error or stock discrepancy is found.

Proper use of tires

Tires must be mounted by a qualified professional and used within the load and speed ratings printed on the sidewall and published on the product page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, US Tires Wholesale is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
